Role: Senior Manager/AGM - Sales & Marketing
Direct Reporting: Head-Sales & Marketing (JFL)
Location: Gurgaon
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop relationship with both existing & potential customers.
- Handling existing accounts, new business development, inventory planning, coordinating with production team & logistics
- Generating business from North region through sales of HR Coils
- Identifying opportunities for the business & develop new clients.
- Achieve sales target with best possible margins.
- Analyzing latest sales & marketing trends, tracking competitors' activities & providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing activities, including pricing decisions.
- Preparing MIS, Sales forecast report and market analysis report.
- Conceptualizing & implement strategies based on market requirement & competitor's activities, gaining business share & market credibility.
- Focus on development and sales of value added products.
- Constant feedback to the management from market to decide for future strategy.
Qualifications and Skills:
- B.Tech/MBA
- Looking for candidates with experience in Steel/Metals sector, preferably in carbon steel flat products with exposure to major segments like Pipes & Tubes, Cold reducers, Infra, Auto
- 8-10 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing with focus on channel management, market research, client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with maturity in interacting with both internal & external stakeholders.
