Role - Sr. Manager/AGM
Openings :
Location: Pune/Mumbai (1) / Delhi NCR (1)
Position Summary: Lead, Manage & Responsible for Sales and BD activities in assigned territories.
JD / Role and Responsibilities :
1. Meet Revenue targets: Engage with clients, generate leads, and manage a pipeline to deliver Annual target for revenues. Sell iSON Xperiences BPO and Digital CS portfolio of services/offerings.
2. Follow Sales processes:
- Generate leads, qualify leads, frontend sales leads till deal closure.
- Maintain accurate client contact details
- Well versed with Sales CRM tool usage (like Salesforce, Zoho etc)
- Perform all other relevant duties as required to maintain and grow profitable business.
3. Competition mapping: - Keep abreast of relevant competitive offerings, understanding both their strengths and weaknesses.
4. Proven track record: - Must have a successful, proven track record of BPO sales worth of an average of INR 4-5 Crores per annum in the last 5 years with a BPO/ITeS company.
Person Specifications :
- Any Graduate or PG / MBA is desirable.
- Minimum 8-10 years' experience in Sales, from the Indian BPO Industry
Salary -
CTC INR 15 Lakhs Per Annum + Sales Incentives
