A leading agrochemical organization is looking for : Qualification - Graduate/PG in Chemical and post graduate in Operations/Supply Chain Location - Mumbai MANDATORY REQUIREMENT : - Sourcing of Raw Materials (Chemicals), Packaging Material, Vendor Development, Global Procurement, Strategic Purchase, Inventory Management, Procurement Planning, SAP (MM) Job Responsibilities - - Procurement planning of raw material and packaging material for technical plants - Sourcing of raw material and packaging material - Liaison with global offices for purchases and interact global suppliers for import procurement - Vendor development for new products - Vendor management &amp; develop strategic relationship with key vendors - Vendor assessment and vendor qualification with the help of QA. - Manage day to day purchase operations (RFQ, Commercial comparative analysis, purchase orders etc.) - Responsible for on time deliveries of inbound material - Coordination with all technical plants for RM/PM inventory and safety stocks - Keep a track on market and movement of prices - Identify cost improvement opportunities - Assist functional head to implement strategic initiatives
