This opportunity is with the leading Telecom Company for their Corporate office in Mumbai.
Kindly find below the brief profile with respect to the position:
Profile :
- Develop Pricing Strategy and deliver Business Plan
- Define and deliver pricing KPI's in line with Corporate Strategy.
- Develop/review polices, procedure, and processes for the Pricing and evaluate Pricing decisions post launch
- Develop business cases for new products/Propositions /projects in close coordination with the Segments Team.
- Determine the feasibility of new products and determine optimal pricing for the new products.
- Business Insight/ Customer Insight & Customer Experience Focus to be central while creating pricing models for propositions.
Governance :
- Monitor pricing across circles to ensure that the objectives are achieved (acquisitions/usage/revenue/Churn).
- Monitor competitors pricing for similar products/services and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor GTM of new products/propositions.
Key Role :
- Pricing Managed Services, Mobility, Fixed Line Voice for Global Enterprises
- Revenue & MOU Analysis. Sending Circle Dashboard of Revenue Analysis to COO, CMT & to Corporate on weekly basis
- Managing revenue base.
- Maintaining financial parameters (EBITDA, Cash-flow, IRR), Strategic Planning & Marketing
- Managing Virtual Team comprising of Account Managers, Service Managers, Acquisition Managers, & Data Analysts
- Cross Function Liaison with Marketing, Product, Finance, Sales & Customer Service at various levels.
- Evaluating and recommending propositions to drive ARPU basis segment & market mix
- Demonstrating significant contribution towards future market focus and help define workable Go to Market (GTM) pricing strategy. (Eg - BYOD and Device management programs on Capex & Opex Model)
- Account management and growth pursuits including Domestic & International RFI/RFP support and proposal generation management
- Analyze consumer segmentation for deriving better business decision.
- Proactively highlight risk and ensure consistency, predictability via evolving process, reviews and audits.
- Monitor Telecom Expense Management for Top Clients.
- Weekly & Monthly Performance Review with Senior Management.
- Coordinating with different functions & with the corporate office on various MIS & reports & validating the same.
