Senior Manager/AGM Marketing - Luxury Real Estate

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers

- Coordinate with the management in the development of marketing programs and criteria to achieve sales goals.

- To develop and oversee marketing campaigns to promote products and services.

- Analyzing media coverage story: Create marketing presentations.

- Will be responsible for market research, competitor analysis, optimizing website content, and SEO.

- Manage the development of all communication for both Businesses to Business and Business to Consumer activity.

- Manage all marketing of the Company and related activities in the marketing department, PR & Digital Marketing Activities.

- Understanding and delivering all the content, and the communication requirement of business including mailers, banners, blogs, white papers, brochures, etc.

- Events/ Exhibitions/Tailormade Presentations

- Supervising the marketing programs organized by the company from time to time

Desired Candidate Profile :

- PG with 5-10 years of relevant experience from a Real Estate background / Luxury Brands background

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work in tight timelines / open for work-related traveling

- Excellent stakeholder management
