Senior Manager/AGM - Marketing Operations - FMCG/Automobile/Real Estate

Qualification : B. Tech with MBA

Experience : 6-8 years with leading brands in FMCG, Durable, Automobile or Real Estate organizations

1. Develop top view of the product portfolio on PLC and be able to devise marketing strategy on the basis of each product placement

2. Plan, Develop and Execute the Business Plans of the Product Portfolio by each action line item

3. Monitor Customer Touch Points both physical and virtual, such as Sales Galleries, Show Apartments, Contact Center, CP Team and should ensure complete hygiene

4. Be able to work with the Site Business Head and provide support from Brand and Communication, Digital Marketing, PR, Events teams and work with SBH to achieve site business objectives

5. Should have high consumer and channel orientation and be able to connect with them and facilitate transfer of information and knowledge both ways

6. Should be able to develop Consumer and Trade Promotions within the given budgets and drive business growth
