Sr.Manager/AGM Legal

- Experience of working with reputed corporate organization/law firms

- Expertise in Non-Litigation cases

- Sound Drafting, Vetting and Negotiation skills

- Technical knowledge of commercial real estate transactions

- Ability to lead, follow up, co-ordinate & close assignments at hand

- Excellent Communication Skills and excellent command over English language

- Ability to work odd Hours if required

- Knowledge of Share Purchase Agreement

Qualifications:

- Must be having a LLB degree

- Must have previous/current experience in a real estate or law firm
