KRA:
Training Needs Analysis:
- Conduct regular assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs within the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and align training initiatives accordingly.
Curriculum Design:
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs, ensuring content relevance and engagement.
- Implement a blended learning approach, incorporating e-learning, instructor-led sessions, and hands-on experiences.
Leadership Development:
- Create and deliver leadership development programs to nurture and enhance leadership capabilities.
- Provide coaching and support to leaders, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Career Development:
- Develop and implement career development frameworks to support employee growth and advancement.
- Facilitate mentorship programs and initiatives to connect employees with career development opportunities.
5. Training Delivery:
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and webinars to address specific skill development needs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback and performance metrics.
