Job Description:
Experience & Qualifications: Graduate/ Post Graduate in IT, 12+ years of relevant IT experience in Project Management, Software application design development and deployment, implementation & support.
PMP & DBA desirable

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for business requirement gathering, project planning, implementation and rollout of business application related to ERP, CRM, HRMS, HIMS, EMR, LIMS lab Equipment Interface etc.,
- Responsible for business process automation through software tools
- Responsible for building and maintaining vendor relationships.
- Responsible for ensuring maximum uptime of all business application and systems.
- Responsible for the Backup of the DB/ Apps
- Responsible for testing new releases to learn & understand the features and functions as and when released.
- Responsible for regular trainings on new systems/software of internal customers/technical support staff.
- Responsible for assisting in database design for the software development and implementation.
- Responsible for timely troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Key Result Areas :
- Ensure maximum Uptime of all Business applications
- Timely resolution of all software related issues
- Ensure periodic training on all software applications to end user
- Training on new technologies for internal customers and technical support staff.
