Our client is a Reputed BPO.  Reporting Manager: Associate Vice President - Governance, Risk & Compliance  Individual Contributor Role :   Key areas of responsibilities (KRAs) :   - Identifying the key data security & privacy compliance requirements applicable for healthcare  - Creating/updating compliance checklist to assess the effectiveness of compliance adherence across the organization.  - Implementation of compliance management system at all locations of healthcare operations and support other geographies  - Sharing of knowledge best practices, procedural aspects through webinars/ publishing periodic newsletters etc.  - Supporting stakeholders by providing clarifications related to vertical specific agnostic practices.  - Coordinating with internal stakeholders - queries, information, etc.  - Coordinate with external audit agencies in carrying out assessments and reporting to the clients and internal stakeholders.   - Supporting the compliance function in new projects as and when identified  Desired skill sets :   - Ability to understand network connectivity and information flow diagrams  - Hands on experience in auditing / review of processes and writing reports  - Ability to interpret the statute and decide on the procedure to be followed  - Ability to work with senior operations and other management staff  - Knowledge and experience in records management desirable  Desired qualifications (including certifications) - Graduate / Post Graduate in Technology / Management streams  - Certification from ISACA / IAPP / SANS or equivalent institutes viz., CISA, CISM, CRISC, CIPP  - Lead Auditor in ISO 27001 / ISO 27799 / ISO 31000  Desired years of experience  - 8 to 10 years of which at least 5 years in a BPO/ITES.   - Work experience in handling multi-geography initiatives will be an added advantage  Internal Customers, if any :   - General Administration & Facilities, Procurement departments;  - Human Resources department;  - Operations & quality teams, Transition & Solution Design teams;  - Sales and Marketing department;  - Finance & Accounts department.  External Customers, if any :   - Clients  - Independent external audit firms / agencies
