Sr. Manager - HR/IR (TIRUPPUR - Tamil Nadu)

- This position calls for a hands on HR professional who has worked with Family run company knowing the expectations and short comings to establish himself under a vigilant work environment.

The group is well diversified in Textiles, Apparels, Yarns, Finance, Education etc.

This role will oversee the following :

- Primarily restructure the HR department for the group having diversified business domains and verticals.

- Bring in a professional work culture with specific portfolios for each cadre and desired results from them.

- Create new HR policies and process for effective implementation.

- Set up a calendar for regular Training programs for both production personnel and in house staff.

- Devise a career path for each position with growth enablers.

- Closely interact with the promoters and family for driving HR initiatives for successful results.

- Handle IR / HR in tandem to showcase a good image for the group as a Corporate to attract professional talents.

- Create a initiative to Measure, Evaluate, Reward for consistent performers and motivate others for corrective performance thru proper appraisals.

- Handle Labor disputes, issues, show cause and other statutory compliance pertaining to HR department.

- Be a enabler to bring in most sought out HR excellence.

- Those willing to relocate with family to Tiruppur will be only connected. Others pl refrain.

- Preference for HR professionals who have worked with family concerns and having adequate experience in Textiles & Apparels industry.
