Required for for our reputed Global client in EdTech/eLearning / online education programs in higher education Primary Responsibilities: - Work closely with the Business Leaders and Delivery Heads to drive people processes in order to achieve operational and long-term objectives of the Business. - Identifying and implementing continuous improvements in the organization to collaborate and share best practices. - Implementing change initiatives which will bring consistency, efficiencies and enable the best experience delivered. - Interventions on Employee Relations, such as performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions, grievance management and any other concerns from time to time. - Identify talent engagement activities for various teams and execute them to bring in collaboration within the team. - Identify the competency gaps and work with Experts to facilitate talent development programs. Including New Manager training, Success planning, Internal Mobility etc. - Facilitate Wellness and Fitness sessions for the employees - Being the single point of contact for both management and employees to improve workplace relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention. - Any experience in Talent Acquisition, Campus hiring will be preferred - Analyse trends and metrics to lead HR interventions Desired Skill: - 7+ years of overall experience in HR Management - Early start-up experience for at least 3 years will be preferred - Good communicator - Behavioural traits: i. Confident enough to take up challenges and new change initiatives ii. Good at building rapport with the business to become trusted Business partner iii. Adept to understand the business and the line managers iv. Follow ethical practices
