- Employee relations, Recruitment and Retention, Learning and Development

- Manpower planning and Recruitment, Productivity, Performance Management and HRIS

- Hands on experience on labour laws and compliance

- Sales HR and Plant HR

Points while discussing the position :

- Preferably the candidate should be from Pune/Mumbai/Silvassa/Aurangabad/Nasik/Indore region.

- Must have been a part of the Young employee team/ Younger workforce company.

- Must be willing to work in factory atmosphere.

- Willingness to travel 30% of his time, as he would have 2 Plants under him Rudrapur/Silvassa with Operations across India.

- Must have exposure in dealing with Sr management team and convince them for the required support.

- A FULL TIME MBA Only.

- Should be good on data management/Presentation.

Qualifications/ Experience :

- Qualification required to perform are Graduation with MBA or MSW. Degree in Law would be a preferred additional qualification.

Desired profile of the candidate :

- 8-15 years of experience in Manufacturing Industry

- Excellent knowledge on HR, Statutes

- Ability to build rapport quickly with Business managers and team members

- Willing to travel across cities
