AGM-HR  Talent Power Consulting is an executive search firm associated with clients in Information Technology, Oil and Gas Industry, Retail, Logistics, Consumer Goods, Consumer Durable, Engineering, Automotive R&D and Design Centres etc.   We have been retained by a reputed business house having reputed brands in Foods, Consumer Goods, Retailing and Ayurveda.  Role : Senior Manager / AGM - HR  Location : Cochin, Kerala  Reporting: Vice President - HR  Candidates should have 10-15+ years experience in handling HR Function and strong experience in dealing with Trade Unions in Kerala.  Key Responsibilities :   - Overall in-charge of HR / Admin functions  - Recruitment across functions in responsible business areas.  - Preparation, review and ensuring compliance to the manpower plan of the unit Employee on boarding   - Planning training needs of the organisation.  - Liaise with statutory and non statutory institutions as and when required.  - Business Unit HR MIS Preparation.  - Payroll management  IR functions :   - Dealing with Trade unions on day-to-day issues.  - Prepare the IR strategy for site in coordination with HO HR Dept. by providing inputs about the prevailing IR situation  - Liaisoning with Govt. and local authorities   Candidate Background:  - The person should have experience ranging from 10 to 20 years in manufacturing industry only and should have worked or working primarily in Kerala.  - Should have handled 500 + employee and currently managing independently HR function for a manufacturing unit.  - Proficiency in Malayalam with knowledge of one more Southern language   - Candidate should be also able to conduct training programs independently.  - Qualification: Any Graduate with MBA / MLM / MSW / Post Graduate diploma in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management   - Please note that candidates should also be prepared to relocate to Chennai Corporate Office to handle larger responsibilities within the group.
