KRA
Performance Management:
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Performance Management System (PMS).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to set performance expectations, establish goals, and monitor employee performance.
- Conduct training sessions to ensure understanding and compliance with the performance management process.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and provide insights for talent development.
Talent Management:
- Develop and execute talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop a high-performing workforce.
- Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning sessions to identify and nurture key talents within the organization.
- Implement career development programs and initiatives to support employee growth and advancement.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create talent pipelines and ensure strategic workforce planning.
Organizational Development (OD):
- Drive organizational development initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement change management strategies.
- Facilitate workshops and training programs focused on leadership development, team building, and cultural enhancement.
- Partner with leadership to align organizational objectives with employee development programs.
Succession Planning:
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive succession planning framework.
- Identify critical roles and key talents, working closely with leadership to build a robust succession pipeline.
- Develop and implement programs to accelerate the readiness of high-potential employees for future leadership roles.
- Monitor and report on succession planning metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
