Job Title : HR Leader- Business Partner

Business Group and Unit : Headquarters- Human Resource

Work Location : Noida - India

Reports to : India HR Head

JOB DETAILS :

Position Summary :

The incumbent would be responsible for identifying, leading and supporting the implementation of strategies, systems and processes to support the company's growth and performance strategy.

A blend of strategic and tactical deliverables, this role is responsible for ideating, designing and executing the Talent Strategy of the business groups. Working closely with the country leadership and regional/ global HR teams, endeavor would be to enable business for much stronger performance and to build a strong talent pipeline.

The role would also entail Corporate HR activities for entire country including areas like Compliance, HR Operations, Performance Management, and other country level agenda.

Key Responsibilities :

- Ensure business has the skills, competency, structure and rewards to achieve short- and long- term strategic priorities

- Understand the needs of the business and partner with leaders to achieve their goals

- Identify the need for policies, programs and actions to support/ achieve business goals

- Plant the resource requirements to achieve business outcomes

- Continuously assess talent and ensure a solid pipeline in place

- Ensure high level of leadership capability in the businesses and functions

- Drive a strong performance based culture

- Implement HR interventions that support organizations needs

- Consult, advise, and enable business leaders to help them succeed

- Work with India HR Head to program manage all HR projects running in the country

- Own the statutory and internal process compliance framework for country; work with Finance, Legal and other functions to ensure 100% compliance

- Own the complete policies/ processes for country and be seen as an expert

- Provide guidance and coaching to other members of the HR team on Statutory Compliance, Audits, Policies/ Processes

- Participate in APAC and global projects, as need be; represent India HR team on internal and external forums

- Develop team members

KEY EXPECTATIONS :

- Ability to understand complex business/ people problems and design creative solutions; have a point of view and position it in right context

- Ability to manage multiple priorities

- Business partnering approach; High level of influencing abilities and openness to change

- Ability to work and collaborate in a matrix structure across multiple geographies

- Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance aspects

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE :

- Post graduate degree in HR from premier institutes

- 12+ years of experience in a mix of HR Business Partnering and a specialized area within HR

- Proven leadership skills in a global and matrix business environment

- Experience of working with senior leaders independently
