- This position will be responsible for overseeing various skills like Recruitment & Selection, Training and Development, Contractual Manpower Management, Administration of Factory and Plant, Apprenticeship Management, Statutory Compliance and Govt. official dealing.

- The ideal candidate for this role should have an MBA in HR (Full Time/ Part time) and possess a strong understanding of HR Advisory and Statutory compliance in the manufacturing system.
