- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create a robust talent pipeline through effective talent landscaping and budget analysis.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives, identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Collaborate with HR recruitment consultancies for strategic hiring needs.
- Drive leadership hiring and niche vacancies, ensuring timely closures.
- Define interview processes, panel compositions, and ensure compliance with TA policies.
- Analyze hiring data to identify trends, gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- 14-20 years of Talent Acquisition experience with any reputed group.
- Strong expertise in recruitment strategies and talent pipeline management.
- Proven ability to lead a team and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
