Senior Manager/AGM/Head - IT Infra & Data Centre - Telecom

Position based at Bangalore for a reputed company

Job Description :

- Managing Networks & Data Centre Operation / Security Management / System Administration / Technical Support with a high technology oriented organisation, preferably in IT or Telecom sector. Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve WAN/LAN/VPN network related issues in a timely and professional manner.

- This position requires extensive interaction with both internal and external customers and requires the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.

- Strong analytical skills are required, plus must be detailed and accurate in logging and closing open tickets. Current knowledge of routing protocols BGP, OSPF, Policy Based Routing, QOS and VLANs, ACLs, NAT, and firewalls Checkpoint, ASA, IPsec / SSLVPN, IPS, Routing, Switching and Firewall Engineering.

- Prepare plans for development and installation of data center according to present and future requirements.

- Monitor all software and hardware products and ensure compliance to Data Center standards and systems.

- Administer installation and maintenance of organization data center.

- Monitor all activities related to analysis and implement all data center plans.

- Virtualization/Cloud/Hosted/In-Premises

- Capacity planning and Load Tests

- Supervise designing and evaluation of all server systems according to measurement of process.

- Perform troubleshoot on data center, identify issues and assist in timely resolution of same.

- Manage and perform research to design new advanced data center.

- Coordinate with IT, enhancement and business teams and develop strategies to ensure achievement of data center capacity.

- Maintain expert knowledge on all applications and its use on systems for various critical systems.
