Experience:

- Minimum 12-16 years of post qualification experience in Taxation in a large manufacturing setup.

- Ability to prioritize work load, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Working experience in large scale of manufacturing company & in Taxation department will add value to the CV.

- Hands-on on all Taxation matters

- Good Presentation Skill, Communication skills & experts knowledge in MS Office;

- Leadership qualities to work under stress and adverse conditions;

Job Description:

- Service experience

- Acknowledge to file of GST Return both manually & under ASP/GSP platform;

- Expert knowledge of indirect taxes including customs, central excise, sales tax/VAT/Entry Tax, service tax, Taxation laws and GST in big manufacturing units;

- Should have good understanding of GST Act & Rules made thereunder;

- Should have good communication skill, Liaison with Govt. departments etc.

- Should have Good knowledge in MS Office & interested in Team working.

- Development skill matrix and identification of gap. Plan and impart training as per skill gaps.

- Play a key role in completion of tax and statutory audits, assessments and investigations by the authorities, responds to queries raised by tax authorities, manages disputes.

- Establish appropriate documentation workflows, approvals and audit trails for all transactions.

- Identify gaps and undertake process improvements and standardization initiatives to ensure business decisions are in compliance with all indirect tax regulations.
