Senior Manager/AGM/GM/Associate Director - Voice Operations/RCM - Healthcare

12+ years of overall experience, Operations only, Current Healthcare experience of at least 4-5 years, RCM Only with 4-5 years in it currently,

Provider Side, A.R (Accounts Receivable) is a must, May involve domestic travel once a month or more to and fro from Hyderabad to Chennai and Vice versa, No coding or billing, no claims, has to be from voice only.

Has to have worked on billing platforms, has to have worked with multiple specialities and multi clients are a must, has to have end to end RCM experience, Handling a Minimum of 300+ FTEs in the current role, Night Shifts Only.

The person has to be motivated and should be able to work as per the standards of the company.
