Senior Manager/AGM/General Manager/Associate Director - Operations - Healthcare BPO

My client is a healthcare BPO, that has been in existence for the past 5 years, it has won numerous awards in this short span of time. they are looking for highly motivated individuals who can not only make the company grow but also grab the opportunity that they will be given in terms of growth for themselves.

They are looking for :

- 12+ years of overall experience, Operations only,

- Current Healthcare experience of at least 4-5 years, RCM (Revenue Cycle Management), Only with 4-5 years in it currently Provider Side, may involve domestic travel once a month or more to and fro from Hybd to Chn and Vice versa, good communication skills.

- A.R (Account Recievables) is a necessity, since it is a us healthcare company, shifts would be complete nights.
