Senior Manager/AGM - Financial Planning & Analysis - BFSI

Job Title : Sr Manager /AGM - FP&A

Work Location : Chennai & Bangalore

- Circulation of the Income Statement, Cash Flows and Statement of Financial Position to the Management and the Board

- Continuous focus on expense management, Budgeting/Forecasting, MI Reporting, and analysis of Technology spend across Group

- Preparation of Annual Budget and Rolling forecasts for Cash Flows and Income Statement, and analyzing actuals versus budgets on a monthly basis

- Variances against the budgets and previous periods should be analyzed and reported.

- Identifying the steps to be taken for course correction.

- Analysis of Global Finance costs, providing transparency and insights on costs of finance (support) function

- Highlighting financial performance of Units to the Top Management with key focus on areas requiring intervention for improving profitability.

- Driving cost efficiencies through system & process enhancements

- Deploying effective budgeting mechanism & forecasting techniques

- Driving/supporting a lot of initiatives on productivity & automation resulting in reduced effort & enhanced control/efficiency.
