Senior Manager/AGM - Finance - FMCG

The person will play a key role in the following :

- Preparing financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for the year and on a quarterly basis. Modify the budgets based on changes foreseen in the marketplace.

- Contribute to business development activities according to financial plan to achieve profitability and revenue.

- Assist in the preparation of capital budgets for the retail business.

- Negotiating and recommending commercials for third party units for packaging, manufacturing etc.,

- Review the actual results against the budgeted goals to identify and correct accounting issues and variances.

- Segment wise, region wise, brand wise sales analysis and profitability analysis

- Management Information reporting on the financial performance of the retail segment

- Logistics optimization.

- Direct and Indirect tax related matters

- Coordinate with operations, sales marketing, and customer service teams to supervise and support in business operations effectively.

- Interact with the IT team in automation of various process in the retail and institutional segment.

- Support process improvements, initiatives to achieve financial goals.

- Provide financial support and advice to management in closing business deals.
