PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Accountabilities :
1. Planning, budgeting and Forecasting Support :
- Support FBPs with templates, collation, analysis, review, and challenge of long-term plans and rolling forecasts
2. Performance Management Support :
- Provide reports and analysis appropriate for each business to manage performance as per plan; provide leading indicators and analytical guidance for decision support on all lines of P&L. The correspondent for Corporate, Financial communication, Auditors, HR (STIP, CCE). Coordinate the Target Setting process in the zone.
3. Business Reviews :
- Own zone business reviews and support Global QBRs. (deck consolidation, data consistency, specific slides beyond standard templates)
4. Participate in transversal initiatives :
- Drive costs analysis (direct and indirect, in-country and out-of-country Cash out / SFC), in coordination with CFO & FBP
5. Manage FP&A team and develop talent

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE :1. CA
2. 7 to 14 years of experience.
3. Good Team Handling Experience.
4. Experience in Manufacturing in Finance.
5. Strong background of Financial planning & Control profile.
6. Good Experience in SAP.
Technical and Behavioral Skills :
1. Strong analytical skills; scenario analysis, variance analysis, risk and opportunity analysis, what if scenarios for planning
2. Ability to identify forward-looking indicators that impact business performance. Experience in building a decision support system for the key stakeholders
3. High learning skills and adaptability to change
4. Positively challenge and strong influencing skills at all levels
