Job Description :
- Experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition function at a strategic level
- Instrumental in decision making for recruitment policies, budgets, hiring plans etc.
- Good understanding of the market
- Should have been in a senior management role / managed the position for larger span of locations.
- Design recruitment processes
- Mentor team members, managers and Senior managers to ensure high level of productivity
- Meet and exceed set targets and drive the team
- Have a smooth Recruitment Process
Desired Skills & Experience :
- Minimum 10-15 years experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition at a Senior role with a larger span of control
- Should have experience in managing large teams including Managers and above
- Should be able to engage the leadership teams and hiring managers
- Strong understanding of the maket and business
- Proven experience in been able to meet deadlines and targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation and inter-personal skills
