Senior Manager/AGM/DGM - Strategy - Real Estate

Looking Real Estate background in:

- Strategic Planning & monitoring performance against the business case or long range plan and report, at least quarterly

- Provide assistance in formulating a strategic view of property market along with the management

- Identify new opportunities for land / property acquisition

- Analyze & evaluate real estate acquisition opportunities and coordinate internal due diligence efforts

- Create multiple scenarios using different finance strategies

- Responsible for managing due diligence

- Product development, design optimization, business/ financial modelling- feasibility analysis, Market research strategy, Pricing.

- P&L Account- Preparing, Monitoring, Progress of project in term of P&L, Cashflow, sales, construction management, Land & approvals.

- Strategy for under launch product, Pricing, stock management, budgeting.

This role is not limited to the above.
