- The candidate takes care of the entire gamut of Hr activities ,of the entire group which has many businesses like pharma manufacturing , oil & gas, healthcare, ecommerce etc etc.
- Define HR Policies, implement SOPs and Talent Management Systems for Hi Pots
- Strengthened Technology interface and migration.
- Lead HR function for existing setup and new projects.
- M&A due diligence/ execution.
- Establish corporate setup, and hire functional leaders at the corporate level.
- Lead employer branding initiatives- alumni network creation, employee opinion surveys, website revamp in consultation with with Group DIrector HR
This is a tax free salary + HRA + local travel ,mobile medical allowance annual+ 1 month paid leave to india and to & fro tickets
