The role will require the candidate to be a true representative of the Group's business's image,and hence must also possess great people skills that make him/her likeable and easy to relate to. He/she will be a direct reflection of the business and its message. He/she must be an enthusiastic problem solver; have excellent negotiation skills coupled with an ability to move and influence business outcomes and be a quick learner who monitors and easily catches on with market trends and relays them to the business.

Mandatory -

High degree of expertise in written and spoken communication skills in English and Hindi.

Education: Post-graduate in Communications from a Top/tier-I Insitute of India.

About the Role:

i.) The Senior Corporate Communications & PR Manager is a key member of the business's marketing team who is responsible for the building of strong relationships with key media houses, representatives, bloggers, analysts, and industry & community associates for the purpose of supporting the Group business strategy across EPC, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Hospitality, and Healthcare.

ii.) The Resource will be directly managing outbound media engagements and relations, organizing Press Briefing, monitoring PR activity, and makes reports on results for the Corporate Leadership and various SBU leaderships.

iii.) In addition, the Senior Manager in conjunction with the CMO's office, will play a pivotal role in the development of content that supports such outbound engagements and communications such as press releases, infographics, agency briefing, presentations, blogs, briefing documents, social media and video content.

iv.) In addition, the Senior Manager in conjunction with the CMO's office, will play a leading role in creating the business/SBU's messaging on thought leadership platforms, which will, in time, position the respective businesses as a thought leader in their category and market. In this capacity, the Manager also ensures that communication and business timelines, spends, milestones, and outcomes meet the leadership's brief.

v.) In this capacity, the Senior PR Manager is also responsible for the deployment of internal communications content that increases the Group's associates' understanding the PR and corpcomm role, activities, and media coverage functions.

vi.) The Manager is also charged with the development, maintenance, and analysis of the business's PR, Brand and ORM metrics. He/she also develops, maintains, and enhances PR analytics tools, and reporting process methods.

viii.) The ideal candidate will also have had vast experience working with traditional PR channels as well as key social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

ix.) In addition, a suitable candidate will have had proven successful experience working in a collaborative and cross-functional setting and is comfortable with a fast-moving dynamic environment. The candidate will also have a proven track record of successfully executed media strategies while working in a PR position.

x.) Being a senior communications resource, the Manager must have an outstanding ability to communicate marketing, corporate and business messages in the clearest and most concise manner, bringing about a positive outlook for the business especially to external partners, clients, customers, investors, channel and business partners, and institutions engaged with the group.
