a) Understanding Customer lifecycle management (U&R) based on various subscriber segmentation and appropriate product push

b) Gain market insights on consumer purchase and trade sale behavior and convert the same into revenue drivers

c) Manage revenue MIS to be able to take course corrections on revenue delivery plans

d) Retain revenue delivering subs via running customized offers while ensuring there are no out of pocket costs associated with the initiative.

e) Manage the circle's product road map and customer life cycle

f) Launch customized products that deliver profitability, and net revenue

- Ensure talking subs are latched on to the network (VLR to HLR Ratio)

- Unique Callers for the day

- Duration of calls/ MOU

- Recharge instances/Sub/ Bill Payments

- Value of recharge/Instance

- Increase in MOU (Overall)

- Increase in High RPM MOU (STD and ISD)

- STV penetration thereby increase in consumption

- Understanding usage behavior of existing subs and maximizing their revenue delivery from them thru relevant offerings and their life cycle management.
