Responsibilities:
- Play a key leadership role, managing & leading quality assurance for the practice in scope, end to end
- Drive deployment of futuristic solutions to optimize Cost of Quality & minimize risk
- Strong governance on change management to ensure defect free delivery Technical Skills (exposure to)
- Overall 10-12 years relevant experience, with Min.
- Min.6 years' experience in leading QA teams
- Six Sigma BB certified; Lean / Design Thinking certified would be an added advantage
- Demonstrated experience of leading projects & delivering benefits
- Experience in deploying digital solutions such as Analytics, Automations - would be an added advantage
- Build & maintain effective partnerships with key cross functional leaders, teams & solution partners
- Information security assurance, customer data privacy & risk management related to the practice
Qualifications:
- Senior Manager/AGM Business Excellence
- Bachelor or Master's degree in a technology, business or hybrid discipline
- US Healthcare / Insurance/ BPO/ Utilities industry exposure
- High analytical, written and oral communication skill.
- Experience in project Management & reporting (including risks, issues, action items).
- Experience in working with international clients, senior management and staff.
- Strong skills in Minitab, MS Excel, PowerPoint,
- Experience in RPA (particularly Automation Anywhere, UIPath and MS PowerApps) and data extraction tools, will be added advantage
Must Require Skills:

- Proven Quality Assurance Strategy development & deployment experience
- Six Sigma BB/Equivalent certified, with excellent Analytics and Problem-solving skills
