Senior Manager/AGM/AVP - Transition - BPO

Looking for a seasoned Transitions Manager working in a 3rd party BPS environment setting up CEM projects

- Project Manager, RFP, Transition Manager

- CEM: Customer interaction Management: Need a seasoned TM who has handled 3rd party BPS transition

- Understand the customer process & success fully Transition the same to the outsourced

- Clearly define a project's objectives, scope & deliverables

- Estimate and plan personnel, equipment and financial resources

- Develop meaningful and workable project plans

- Handle conflict and change management effectively

- Identify, communicate and manage the risks associated with the project

- Ensure adherence to Client iQMS standards, establish audit trail for all the work done

- Regularly and professionally report project activities, deliverables and milestones to management

- Manage transition cost

- Independently handled multi-process transition for a large Multi-National Company.

- Preparing a plan for successful implementation of the solution based on the understanding of the client's organizational requirement during due-diligence.

- Thorough understanding of the client's processes followed by compilation/creation of detailed SOPs to identify opportunities for process improvements and transformation

- Pro-actively identifying risks and creating viable mitigation plan, supporting team during the knowledge transfer, coordinating with recruitment team, project documentation and reporting(creating & maintaining project plan, critical log sheet etc), facilitate in implementing the technology solution.

- Single-handedly managed an F&A P2P (Procure to Pay) transition for a large Multi-National Company.

Participated as transition representative during the solutioning of multiple RFP/RFIs :

- Prepared Transition strategy - location strategy, timelines, site-readiness, pricing etc

- Formulating risk and mitigation plan
