- Expertise in a wide spectrum of IT technologies such as Microsoft .NET stack-based applications, Microservices, Dev Ops concepts, Database concepts, Cloud Technologies, Containerization such as Kubernetes
- Project Management, including project planning, resource planning, costing/estimation, risk management, change request management, project status and financial tracking and reporting. Meet defined business requirements in line with company strategic plans, targets, and objectives
- Client Relationship Management - both internal and external. Contribute to growth of business with existing clients and own/assist RFP/RFI bids for Application Delivery, IT Staffing engagements
- Showcase innovation in building new solutions and transforming existing applications to more modern platforms
- Responsible for leading projects or solutions team of developers, testers, engineers, and support associates to meet critical deliverables for clients (internal and external)
- Provides technical advice and consultation on complex, critical issues, and escalations
- Responsible for making sure architecture, design, code, test scripts, performance suite are of high-quality adhering to firm and industry standards
- Develops client support plans for projects - application development and staffing
- Build capabilities in modern innovative technologies required to modernize legacy applications and grow business with new clients
- Provide training and coaching as needed to teams modernizing and transforming applications
- Build high-performance teams across development, quality assurance, and infrastructure
- Experience in performing buy vs build analysis based on business requirements and perform vendor product evaluation
- Experience in delivering projects to agreed SLAs and Costs with timely reporting of status and risks to Senior Management
- Provide technical leadership and support to the team during solution architecting and design phases
- Experience in working fast paced dynamic work environment facing senior executives and external clients
- Experience in triaging live production issues and resolving the issues within SLA leveraging the DevOps ecosystem
- Ability to resolve complex problems with cost effective and innovative solutions
- Willingness to learn new technologies as the market evolves
- Author comprehensive reports and technical documentation including assessment-based findings, outcomes, and propositions for further system enhancements
- Experience working with diverse clientele, bonus points for experience with healthcare clients
- Hands-on knowledge in implementing/deploying applications on Azure
