Accounts Payable Processes
- Expert - MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent written, oral with strong interpersonal skills with a ability to work with overseas customers
- Be able to deliver consistent, high quality, professional customer service
- Excellent People Management Skills
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage Service Delivery for Accounts Payable & Receivables of all Countries & Entities
- Responsible for Service Delivery Quality
- Responsible for achieving Key Performance Indicators & Service Level Agreements for Customers
- Monthly reporting to all countries
- Ensure compliance of countries & GFSSC team to scope of work &responsibility matrix
- Ensure upto date documentation of processes & training of associates on processes
- Drive and implement Process Improvements & Productivity Measures in teams/processes
- Attention to Detail
Mandatory: Flexibility to work in any 9 Hour shift in a 24 hour period.
Gender- Male
Desirable: Valid India Passport would be an advantage
