Primary Responsibilities: - Structure and conduct preliminary analysis and research - Summarize and present findings to project managers and clients - Collaborate with engagement team to deliver high-quality work products - Apply strategic and critical thinking to assist in developing recommendations that address client challenges - Support business development and proposal efforts - Participate in the prioritization of business requirements throughout the entire project life cycle by working with the business partners and development teams - Serve on projects teams. Contribute to the development of project work plans by estimating work effort for requirements analysis activity and reporting clear and accurate work status - Display exceptional attention to detail and deliver consistent quality work product - Recognize opportunities and make recommendations to help business partners work more effectively and efficiently and/or increased quality and reliability - Identify, speak to, and make recommendations about process improvement opportunities, status, bottle necks and escalations of any given workflow in his or her value at any time Required Qualifications: - Experience in consulting, healthcare services, or other relevant work experience with an emphasis on strategic and critical thinking - Strong business operations and MIS experience - Good at managing a network of senior stakeholders and driving change through influencing skills - Good at working in an ambiguous environment and applying structured problem solving skills - Proven ability to thrive in a team environment - Ability to be flexible and work with people in different geographies (time zones) to provide adequate overlap - Ability to multi-task competing priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail - Healthcare services industry knowledge and strong grasp of business acumen - Customer centric with a passion for creating value to drive change - Leadership and strategic thinking skills - Excellent written and oral communication skills
