- The Senior Manager- Admissions will lead a team of counsellors and coordinators who are specially trained to listen deeply and identify those students whose values and dreams are closely aligned to the Programs .
- Introduce the school to prospective candidates and their families and host tours of the Institution
- Direct the admissions process from point of inquiry through enrollment.
- Serve as a member of the Admissions Committee.
- Coordinate/administer the Admission Test
- Manage/participate in the administration of all financial aid and scholarship programs. Serve as coordinator of the Financial Aid Committee
- Coordinate all re-enrollment activity with constant monitoring of applications from leads to paid applications to onboarding.
- Prepare and maintain statistics regarding enrollment, geographical distribution of students, financial aid, and retention
- Interpret these statistics, when appropriate to the administration, faculty, and the Board and advice marketing on changes required.
- Coordinate and participate in all recruitment efforts: advertising, direct mail, digital channels
- Coordinate and participate in special events involving prospective students
- Promote good relationships with outside institutions or groups (corporate, colleges, banks for granting loans) which can be helpful in attracting quality students
- Work with members of the administration and faculty to enable high student satisfaction
- Assist the Chair of alumni relations in engaging with alumni and using their network to source the right quality of students.

Ideal profile
- Post-Graduate from a leading B school
- 3-5 years of experience in Admissions in the Higher Education sector or corporate experience in campus hiring and or talent acquisition
- The position is based in Gurgaon/Manesar and reports to the Dean.
Salary offered - 8-12 LPA
