Cost Reduction & Control - Prepare Budget V/S Actual on monthly basis - Keeping a strict control over costs and adherence to drafted budget Property Management - Regular Supervision on Existing Property - Repair and Maintenance whenever required - Renewal of Rental Agreement before due dates - Negotiating with contractor and execution of Interior work - Necessary support in opening new EL Branches - Overview on HO premises on daily basis and get clear snag list from all vendors Procurement - Development of New Vendor / Create a pool of vendor for procurement - Develop key relationships with business stakeholders and strategic supply partners to improve business - Negotiate contracts with suppliers to obtain best price and services - Review current processes for procurement and make recommendations to improve where appropriate. - Day to Day Management Statutory Compliance - 5 S - Branch expenses verification - Process Control, supervision and overview admin activity - Manage the execution of major Corporate Events &amp; Activities
