Role Details
Role Sr. Manager Admin and Facility
Reporting To VP
Location Pune
Facility Management:-
- Managing and front ending clients for their facility/Infra related deliverables
- Ensuring smooth 24- 7 operations of facilities, its equipment and systems
- Achieving deliverables in terms of SLA, business up time and BCP
- Close monitoring and operations of Building Management System that plays key role in today's facility management
- Managing Preventive Maintenance of Critical Engineering systems of facility that covers UPS, DG, HVAC, Lifts Lt and HT switch gears as per plan.
- Managing FHS, Sprinkling, FAS, VESDA, CCTV, ACS and Fire Suppression system
- Managing critical environment for Master Server Rooms and Data Centers
- Scheduling maintenance, coordination with OEMs and repair agencies to ensure equipment up time
- Regular maintenance of buildings and civil infrastructure
General Administration:-
- Forecasting Operational expenses and Capital expenses
- Tracking of expenses, cost analysis and MIS reporting
- Preparing and Presenting Monthly management reviews
- Preparing and Presenting Quarterly Performance reviews
- Defining Statement of Work, SLA and compliance clauses for contracts
- Supplier management for general repairs & maintenance.
- Evaluation of vendor performance and recommendation continuation of services
- Providing support to Executive Briefing Centre for smooth and presentable visit by clients.
- Managing outsource resources for all sites
- Capturing and evaluating Service Level achievement of service providers
- Facilitating client visits and campus walk through
- Supply chain management to ensure availability of regular consumables
- Evaluation and setting up of critical spares to ensure business continuity
- Coordination with security group for safety of assets and employees
- Preparedness for disaster management and enabling Emergency Response Teams
- Supporting soft services, hospitality, cafeteria.
Project Management:-
- Setting up of new infra and modification of existing infra for IT/ITES process requirement
- Modifications of interiors and creation of infra to meet customer and business requirement
- Managing civil repair works and projects related to modifications
- Upgradation of BMS and firefighting systems to keep pace with technology
- Ensuring smooth execution of project by coordinating between clients and vendors
Legal and Compliance Management:-
- Adherence to EHS policies and norms for IT/ITES facility
- Facilitated audit and certification for ISO 27001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
- Managing and Ensuring compliance to MPCB, MIDC, EI, MSEB, PESO and other government guidelines applicable to facility
- Facilitating audits, Clients and inspections by govt. authorities.
- Verification and submission of relevant report to government authorities
