Role: Senior Manager/AD Sales - Insurance

We are seeking a self-starter who is passionate about driving growth and innovation in the embedded lending space. As the Senior Manager/AD Sales - Insurance, you will be responsible for generating new leads, closing deals, and driving growth in the insurance sector. 4-10 years of sales experience, including 2 years of insurance sales experience, is required for this role.


Job Summary:

As part of the Cross-sell team, you will collaborate with sales (partnership and alliances), tech, and product teams to close deals, drive growth, collect insights, and envision new products. You will play a pivotal role in taking these products from ideation to execution, and as you progress, you will assume P&L responsibility. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for driving innovation and growth in the embedded lending space.

Responsibilities:

- Generate new leads from multiple sectors to drive business development.

- Work closely with sales and partnership teams to identify and close deals with new and existing partners in the insurance sector.

- Manage project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of projects as part of program management.

- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, influencing decision-making to achieve business objectives.

- Collaborate with internal teams, such as product, engineering, and data, to uncover insights and envision new products.

Requirements:

- Master's in Business Administration (MBA) or Chartered Accountant (CA).

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.

- Excellent program management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

- Candidates with a background in BFSI or B2B SaaS will be preferred.

- Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and other teams to successfully build and launch products is a plus.

Please note: Only candidates with a minimum of 4 years of sales experience, including 2 years of insurance sales experience, will be considered for this position.
