Summary of Role / Profile :

Focus of the Function :

- Develop and enhance internal control Centre of Excellence solution and develop business in the solution with focus in IMS/ CGRLS verticals

Why does this job exist :

- This position will bring continuous improvement to the solution and help meet the revenue targets for the solution

How does the role add value :

This role will add value by :

- Creating unique and innovative solutions for each client need by leveraging principals of design thinking and lean digital combined with domain knowledge in risk and controls.

- Continuously enhance the solution by creating frameworks, assessment index, tools etc.

- Create internal and external awareness of the solution by publishing case studies, white papers etc. and also solution presentations

How is this role unique from others :

- This role is unique in ERC as this will help in development, productization and commercialization of a priority solution.

Who are the key relationships for this role :

- Internally Vertical leaders, GRMs, GOLs, CSPs, Consulting leaders among others. Externally senior stakeholders in client organization of the league of CFO, CAE, Global Controller etc.

What are the minimum prior qualifications to be an applicant for this role : CA, CPA, MBA (Finance)

What are the key initiatives & challenges facing this role in the next six months to three years :

- To initiate relationships with the stakeholders and convince them of ability of delivering business development agenda.

Specific competencies (Essential) :

- Experience in new solution development

- Writing proposals for large opportunities in Internal Controls,

- Ability to develop and manage relationship with a large number of stakeholders both internal and external

- Extremely strong communicator to be able to convey the value proposition of the solution

- Commercial acumen

- Project management capabilities

Specific competencies (Desirable) :

- System understanding - ERP, other sub systems

- Global exposure

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

Knowledge, Experience, Education External & internal contacts :

- Continuous solution enhancement

- Help verticals achieve revenue target through unique solution customized for specific client need

- Responding to RFPs

- Making client pitches

- Create playbooks to productize the solution and increase delivery capability

- Knowledge management to harvest, curate and publish knowledge created from the engagements

- Prepare case studies, white papers

Essential :

- Solution development experience

- Controls and IA deep knowledge

- Industry background in IMS/ CGRLS (not BFSI)

- Experience of mining and hunting

- 7-10 years of relevant experience of which minimum 3-4 years in consulting space

Desirable :

- Apt knowledge of ERP systems

- Global exposure

External : Clients, Industry specialists, forums etc.

Internal : Global Sales, Solution Architects, Domain Practice Leaders, Sales Enablement and Effectiveness (SEE) Team, Consulting team

Candidates who comes from a good domain expertise into solutioning or solution designing are mandatory.
