Relevant work experience:
- 12+ years of experience in visual arts and creative production management in global organisations or reputed creative/marketing agencies.
- A minimum of 6 years experience in managing large (10+ members) in-house creative teams.
- A portfolio of recent work (a minimum of 15 design artworks/video assets) would be required from the candidate.
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Lead the creative services team (20+ members) which include graphic designers, documentation design specialists, animators, and videographers.
- Manage 2000+ creative projects annually - measure and track efficiency of resources on each project.
- Brand identity management and compliance (internal and external).
- Laying down creative strategy for the brand via social media, video features and thought leaderships.
- Review UI/UX design strategies for Digital applications and products.
- Run the creative center of excellence for the firm, to facilitate innovation in design practices.
- Developing/sustaining information systems for management of creative/brand processes across the firm.
- Manage a minimum of 5 external design and video production agencies throughout the year.
Technical skill set:
- Extensive hands-on experience with different aspects of creative production for print, digital and video making.
- Strong expertise in creative production tools such as Adobe creative suite.
- Good expertise in UI/UX design principles and techniques used in development of websites and digital applications.
- Experience in developing creative assets (such as videos, motion graphics or thought leaderships) that highlight key brand messaging with a balanced focus on building brand awareness, maintaining brand voice, and driving engagement or generating leads.
- Hands-on design experience in internal communications via mediums such as emailers, microsites and events (physical/virtual).
- Trained or experienced in Project management techniques and related processes.
- Aware and experienced in creating storyboards and design languages for marketing campaigns.
- Experience in branding and designing for event experiences (physical and virtual events).

- Working well in a team environment and being able to collaborate with people and mentor team members to deliver quality output
- Proactive attitude in presenting ideas and creative work to stakeholders
