Context & Role: Smooth delivery of the change requests and new developments in the prophet model. Anchoring discussions with stakeholders for carrying out transitions and smooth release of prophet model. Implementation of US-GAAP and IFRS-17 using prophet software with driving training of prophet modeling team members. Maintaining quality control of the prophet model with proper audit trail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Delivering change requests and development of prophet software

- With-profit & Asset share modelling

- Implementing US-GAAP and IFRS-17

- Modelling of new products in prophet

- Checking prophet model to identify any discrepancies

- Ensure quality check on prophet model

- Co-ordinating with different stakeholders and assist in smooth model release as per user expectations.

- Grooming talent for prophet modeling skills

- Other adhoc requirements

Measures of Performance:

- Quality and completeness of deliverables

- Reasonable turn-around times

- Ability to analyze the results

- Positive stakeholder feedback

Desired qualifications and experience:

- Candidate who has completed at least 5 Actuarial papers (As per old curriculum)

- At least 5 years experience in prophet modeling and overall 8 year plus experience in actuarial domain

Knowledge and skills required :

- Ability to partner effectively with colleagues across multiple business groups and corporate areas

- Working knowledge of audit and control concepts

- Exposure to multiple lines of business

- Good communication skills
