Hiring for Actuarial Valuation team. It's a Multiple Dimensions Role covering following aspects :
People Management :
- Responsible for mentoring and leading a group of Quantitative, actuarial and IT analysts
- Instruct junior staff on applying Retirement Service Center procedures and resolve issues escalated by team Members.
- Review and provide approval of valuation.
- Monitor progress on portfolio of projects, perform root cause analysis on unexpected experience, raise alarms of untoward incidences and manage expectations of all stake holders
- Client Management : Work with senior directors for actuarial and risk management business development
- Develop a profound understanding of plan structures and valuations in order to replicate valuation results.
Shift Timings : 11:30 AM - 8:30 PM
Both Side Free Cab Facilities Available
Desired Candidate's Profile :
- Minimum 8-13 years of relevant actuarial/ Actuarial valuations/ pension experience.
- Graduation with Mathematics/Statistics/Actuarial Science or any subject with sizeable mathematical content
- Should have cleared atleast 2-3 Actuary papers
- Strong Team Management is Mandatory-Should have handled team of Actuarial Analysts.
