- 5-12 years of experience in valuation / reporting / pricing or modelling function in life actuarial team of an insurance / consulting / outsourcing company
- Good understanding of IFRS17 standards; hands-on implementation experience (desirable)
- Project management experience and ability to handle teams and multiple stakeholders
- Hands-on experience in actuarial valuation software such as Prophet / Axis / MG Alpha. Advanced level experience in one of these software's will be valuable
- In-depth understanding of insurance products and regulations of one or more geographies
- Experience in SAP SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) frame work will be an added advantage.
- Ability to review work done by junior members, ensuring quality of work product during time sensitive deadlines
- Ability to work in pressure situations
- Strong presentation and documentation skills
