Senior Manager - Actuarial - Insurance

- Pricing of individual products- premium & benefit rate generation

- Responsible for filing of documents to PMC/IRDAI and responding to IRDAI queries

- Liaison with various departments like products, sales, investments to finalise the product design

- Work closely with products team to create product strategies for efficient utilization of capital and maximization of profits

- Propose new product/benefit features basis market research

- Participate in risk mitigation plans

- Engage with internal stakeholders for smooth system implementation and product launch

- A bachelor's degree with minimum 6 actuarial exams

- At least 3+ years of working experience in a life insurance company.

- Sound knowledge of advanced MS Excel and VBA

- Coding experience in Actuarial softwares like Prophet, DCS etc. being an added advantage.

- Conceptual thinker with strong analytical, data management skills, work attitudes to details and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
