- Identifying the branding, retailing opportunity in the salon through continuous market working and data/info collection

- Identifying the best vendors for executing all other initiatives including branding, venue selection for seminars/workshops at the best possible rate to enhance organizational efficiency

- Managing key Consumer Activation program across salons and other institution

- Managing event like exhibitions both in India as well other countries including negotiation with exhibitors and vendors

- Celebrity management skills

- Co-ordination with model agencies

- Coordinating and sharing of ideas for branding with brand managers and agency

- Eye on number tracking category wise

- Working closely with sales and technical team for effectiveness

- To ensure and observe proper and timely utilization of schemes

- Tie up programmes timely closure

- Effective organization of mega shows

- Any digital training and activation

- Ensuring effective utilization of POS/Trade merchandise & timely reaching at all depots
