Senior Manager - Accounts Receivable - Finance Shared Services

- As the Finance Shared Services- Accounts Receivable function is being setup, we need to ensure the team is led by the right leader with suitable skills in Accounting, Leadership and Process management.

- To manage and lead the AR SSF within the Group

- Specific focus on Accounts Receivable function will be a major advantage (within shared services background)

- Experienced Accounting Team Leader to have directly managed 20 - 25 team members

- Demonstrated experience in managing strong deadlines, key accounting and process-oriented projects

- Manage the whole Accounts Receivable function to ensure the Company receives payments for goods and services, and records these transactions accordingly

- Understand the Finance Shared Services especially the AR Function

- Look to introduce new methods to improve the function of the AR Department

- Strongly inclined to process improvements and compliance

- Ability to solve and issues with external stakeholders

- Increase the productivity of the division

- ERP knowledge required - Oracle R12 or Fusion

- Strong communication skills - expected to manage multiple internal and external

Stakeholders :

- Finance Shared Services working experience will be a strong advantage

- Implemented Digital Transformation
