Senior Manager - Accounts Payable/Finance & MIS - Food & Beverages

Currently we are catering one of our client a Food & Beverage Company for Sr. Manager - Accounts Payable, Finance & MIS.

Details of requirement are as follows :

Total Exp : 8 - 14 years

Job Location: Mumbai

Education: CA / CA Inter / M. Com / MBA Finance

Core Responsibilities :

Finance MIS :

- Prepare & Analyze P&L at Company, Channel, Brand level. GAAP analysis between Budgets vs. Actuals; tracking of A&P and other expenses

- Zero Error Transactions for period closure pertaining to AP/AR

- GL - SL Reconciliation of AP/AR

- Monthly reconciliation of all Balance Sheet accounts including inter company balances

- Depreciation Accounting, both as per Companies Act & IT Act

Accounts Payable :

- Ensure Authority Matrix is adhered to

- Proper accounting as per IGAAP

- Identification of Nature of Fixed Assets for Financial Accounting

- Ensure Statutory Deductions (TDS, GST)

- Ensure proper Month End Provisioning

- Ensure Vendor reconciliation is completed as per agreed process

- Liason with the internal audit & close the audit observations

Treasury :

- Ensure proper utilization of funds in all bank accounts

- Minimise all bank charges and interests

- Timely completion of BRS

- Daily Cash Flow Report to Monitor fund utilization

Ensure timely completion of Statutory Audits

Managing Cost cards, Cost Card Assignment & Price Creation/Corrections in Oracle

Providing financials for special projects / banks

Measurable Deliverables:

- Completion of Monthly Reporting

- Statutory Audit Closure

- Effective Treasury Management
