Senior Manager - Accounts Payable - BPO

Job Description/Key Responsibilities

This role is a combination of Accounts Payable domain skills, as well as project management skills, process improvement mindset, good commercial sense and excellent customer facing skills (executive presence, ability to listen and address specific problems, articulate acceptable and reasonable solutions, etc.). 

- Handling all aspects of team management. Lead a team of 50+ members. Identify issues upfront and driving to closure, and escalating to the customer and leadership as appropriate. 

- Actively engage with customers to understand and address customer pain points. 

- Provide insights/information to the operational team and collaborate with them to implement an operational framework and solutions. 

- Identify the potential opportunity to deploy digital tools. 

- Strong Project management skills with good AP domain knowledge, communication & solution mindset.

Qualifications Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce (B Com) Preferred.

Qualifications / Skills 

- Prior PTP Operations experience in the BPO Industry with driving transformation / projects experience 

- Identify & drive standardization, process improvements and transformation opportunities 

- Identify opportunities to provide improved productivity and cost out to customer 

- Support in maintaining noise free existing operations across all geographies 

- Understand different processes of the customer across markets and geographies - drive synergies and cost out from consolidation and standardization 

- Communicate with customers at a strategic level and align to customer needs and expectations 

- Partner with customer and transformation leader in defining and driving the PTP transformation agenda 

- Excellent Communication, Presentation and Influencing Skills.
