Our client prefers only Women Candidates . Role : Senior Manage - F&A Location :Mumbai Reports to AGM Accounts Qualification: CA (CA batch -2006 to 2009 ) Should have cleared in first attempt. Experience : 8 to 12 years CTC : 30.00L AGE : 30 to 38. Role Purpose : - Candidate would be working in Accounts team - Timely production of statutory and internal financial reports Key Result Areas (Key Performance Indicators) : a. Critical Tasks - Maintenance of financial ledgers and accounting processes. (Transaction processing is done by Group shared services) - Ensure monthly reconciliation of accounts of all locations prior to consolidating the same for the company's monthly trial balance and P & L account - Supervise and oversee the preparation of monthly, half-yearly and annual accounts statements through providing inputs to subordinates and interfacing with the auditors to provide any information required - Ensure compliance with Group Policies and Accounting Standards - Ensure compliance with Internal Financial Controls (IFC) - Month End Close Support, ensure all entries are done for Cost & Revenue to ensure the deadline is maintained - Analyze P&L and Trial Balance for the month close and advise GL team to post any GL entries - Review of Balance sheet account reconciliation and monitoring controls - Follow - up and clearing open reconciling items in Account reconciliation - Responsible for General Accounting. - Responsible for Inventory management/valuation - Ensure implementation of common accounting systems in line with the Accounting Standards across the various business units - Preparation of monthly / quarterly financial reports - Handle statutory & internal auditors requirements - Ensuring timely payments of all statutory liabilities & filing monthly/quarterly return - Overseeing accounts payable, vendor payments, and monitoring expense provisioning. - Decision making authority (Decisions expected) Educational Background and Work Experience : Educational Background : - Qualification: CA with 8-10 years of experience.
